However, applying as intern is a step towards you beginning your career at Sun and Oak and does not automatically guarantee you beginning a career. All Applications at this level typically goes through 3 stages namely the Application Stage, Shortlisting Stage, and the Interview and and Final Assessment Stage.
The Application Stage is the first stage whereby candidate express their interest to work with Sun and Oak Consult by filling up and submitting the Application Forms on the related job. You will be notified once your application is successfully submitted.
The Shortlisting Stage is the second stage which involves a selection process in which all applications are being examined, processed, and screened on mostly educational and professionals’ qualification and age preferences. You will be contacted Once you are successfully shortlisted. Ideally, this is don within two weeks of application. Only successful candidates will be contacted for interview.
The Interview and Screening Stage is the third stage, which entails a meeting of the interviewer(s) and the interviewee(s), the applicants face to face, especially for enquiries and cross examination. Only successful candidates will be contacted to pick up their Engagement Letter and resume.
